Position Summary: (MALIN+GOETZ) is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of supply chain and cross-functional operational initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Demand Planning, this role will serve as a key liaison between Operations, Product Development, Finance, Marketing, and external suppliers to ensure the successful launch, maintenance, and delivery of products across the business.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role offers broad exposure to inventory management, product setup, supplier coordination, new product launches, systems administration, and operational process improvement.

Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Google Suite, MS Office, MS Business Central or similar ERP systems (NetSuite, etc.).

- Create and maintain purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitor supplier purchase order progress, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Partner with the Product Development team to support new product launches, line extensions, reformulations, and packaging updates.
- Track product development timelines and assist in ensuring key launch milestones are met.
- Coordinate receiving activities and inventory administration across warehouses and internal systems.
- Create and manage assembly orders and operational requests with third-party logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation across systems.
- Ensure data accuracy across ERP, warehouse management, and planning systems.
- Support inventory planning activities and assist with tracking inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment needs.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements across supply chain and operational workflows.
- Generate and maintain operational reports, product tracking documents, and project status updates.

Education/Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, purchasing, product development support, or a related function.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication.
- Very detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities while working independently.
- Experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred).
- Experience with inventory management, planning, or product lifecycle systems is a plus.

Benefits:
- The estimated hourly range for this position is $29 - $31.
- The New York corporate office is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work from home).
