Position Summary
(MALIN+GOETZ) is seeking a strategic and analytical ecommerce leader with a proven track record of scaling growth profitably on Amazon. The Amazon Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day interface between Amazon, the agency and internal teams. They will be responsible for the Amazon P&L, driving sales and merchandising strategies to build overall brand awareness, exceed sales plans, and achieve long-term growth and profitability. This role involves proactively managing the day-to-day operations of Amazon alongside the agency and will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve overall goals.

Position Summary

This role involves proactively managing the day-to-day operations of Amazon alongside the agency and will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve overall goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Manage full Amazon P&L and budgets to ensure the brand hits profitability and sales goals.
- Define and achieve growth targets through planning and implementation of effective advertising and retail strategies, promotions, site content optimization and assortment plans.
- Oversee Amazon agency with a focus on operational excellence, achieving sales goals and profit.
- Negotiate contracts with Amazon and our agency partner.
- Manage communication between Amazon, our agency partner and internal teams; ensuring relevant timelines are met.
- Manage all Amazon related operations including inventory planning, listing and catalog management, account health and other relevant business operations.
- Own total forecasting, including sales and demand plans, collaborating internally to ensure accurate scenarios and execution and communication across all stakeholders.
- Regularly review sales figures and performance; sharing strategies to maximize sales and suggestions for improvement.
- Lead planning and execution of new product launches and effectively executing the go-to-market launch process and collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize content, including all PDP assets, landing pages and videos.
- Create and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with key departments
- Experience with Amazon 1P or 3P models preferred
- Experience working with Amazon is preferred

Benefits:
- The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000.
- The New York corporate office is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days work from home).
